Prunes
A prune is a fully
ripened plum,
which have been dried to remove most of the water content. The most
common
variety of plum used for prunes and believed to have originated in
Western
Asia is D'Agen, as many plums are not suitable for drying in to a
prune.

stomach first thing in the mornings and 2 hours after your last meal at
night time is a well know cure for this condition. If you suffer

regularly, then look at your diet and make sure you have enough fiber

the diet, drink plenty of water and enough exercise.
