Tobacco Dependency Treatment

Cayenne desensitizes the respiratory linings to tobacco and chemical irritants. It's an antioxidant that stabilizes lung membranes preventing damage.  The warm peppery taste reduces cigarette cravings. 

Lobelia relieves withdrawal, including the irritability, hunger, and poor concentration. It contains alkaloids similar to those in nicotine, and occupies the same part of the sites in the brain and exerts nicotine-like effects without the damage that nicotine causes; this reduces cravings and creates aversion.
 
Oats reduce or eliminate tobacco cravings, also, they reduce the number of cigarettes desired even in those people who are not trying to quit. 

Withdrawals Mix Tincture 
Combined ½ a teaspoon of each:  valerian rhizome tincture, skullcap leaves tincture, St. John's Wort leaves tincture and passion flower. 
1 teaspoon of fresh oat berries tincture. 
Take 5 dropper fulls a day. 

Try fasting for a five-day period drinking fresh juices only such as carrot juice, to reduce the chance of lung cancer, beet juice (both root and leaves) asparagus juice, apple juice. After that eat lots of vegetables, spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and whole grain (nuts). Remember also that oat, bran, wheat are needed to eliminate cravings.
