Healthy Drinks You Can Make At Home
Healing Smoothie
This drink has soothing qualities which protect and heal the stomach lining. 

     1 firm kiwi fruit, peeled 
     1/4 cantaloupe, with skin 
     1 ripe banana 

Push kiwi fruit and cantaloupe through the hopper

Place juice and banana in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 

Pour into a tall glass, drink immediately and enjoy!! 

Power Booster

Drink this at least 15 minutes before eating.

1 tart organic apple, unpeeled, quartered & chopped 
3-5 scrubbed, unpeeled organic carrots, chopped
2 clean stalks of organic kale and stems removed 

Although the color of grass it's pleasant tasting, loaded with nutrients, and packed with power.

Super Stress Reliever

1 kale leaf 
1 collard leaf 
small handful of parsley 
1 stalk of celery 
1 carrot, greens removed 
1/2 red pepper 
1 tomato 
1 broccoli floret 
celery stalk for garnish 
Juice leaves and parsley, then the celery and carrot. Follow with red pepper,  tomato, and broccoli. Garnish with celery stalk. 

Energizing Smoothie

1/2 cup filtered water 
1/4 of a Whole Pineapple, peeled and cut into pieces 
10 strawberries 
1 mango, peeled and cut into pieces 
1 banana 
3 Ice Cubes 

Process in a blender until creamy.

Ginger Ale
Fresh Ginger
6 Large Green Apples 
Mineral water (sparkling) or pureed water 

juice apples and ginger 
top up to make 2 litres 
with mineral water or pureed water 
the mineral water makes it taste like 
the real thing! spakling ginger ale beer

Carrot Lemonade

4-5 medium carrot
1/2 medium lemon 
1 mildly tart apple (fujis or galas are nice) 
1 small 1.5 - 2 " wedge red cabbage 
1 round of ginger, about the size of a quarter 

Juice all ingredients and enjoy

Sparkling Memory

This drink has a 'nutty' flavor and is good for improving memory. Rich in choline, one of the B vitamins that increases acetylcholine, a substance that is the message carrier of the brain. 

4-5 medium size carrots 
3 stalks of celery, with leaves if you like 
1/4 head of a small cabbage
1/4 lemon 

1. Cut the green tops of the carrots and scrub well 
2. Wash the celery and cabbage 
3. Juice the carrots, celery, cabbage and lemons
4. Stir the combined juice, pour into a glass and serve


1 large apple 
half cucumber 
2 sticks celery 
1/2 fennel 
handful spinach 
handful parsley 
juice of half a grapefruit (optional)
