Prunes
A prune is a
fully
ripeed plum,
which have been dried to remove most of the water
content. The most
common
variety of plum used for prunes and believed to have
originated in
Western
Asia is D'Agen, as many plums are not suitable for
drying in to a
prune.

Soaked prunes taken on a
empty
stomach first thing in the mornings and 2 hours
after your last meal at
night time is a well know cure for this condition.

plenty of exercise.
